I need to take a closer look at the house,I have a figure of 225 to 375 in mind.I do not get into washing houses and have told them so,I've never done a deck before.I washed her mothers house a few months ago as a favor for a friend.She liked the job so much she want take a NO for a answer,after she sees my deck work she may wished she had  .
Thanks for all the advise and help,I thought I knew about how many hours it would take me to clean the deck,steps and bridge.The spindles tho was giving me a hard time figuring how long to clean and seal,my hours was way off,you guys are faster than me.
After cleaned she only wants a clear to get the natural look of wood.It being pressure treated I don't think she'll get the look she thinks she'll get,I'm I right or wrong?
