Some of the quotes only include cleaning and brightening the deck. Other include cleaning, brightening, detailing (setting nails, sanding, etc) and sealing. That is the reason for the wide range of prices. This deck would take one person about 7-9 hours to complete. At $750.00 that is about $80-90 an hour before materials and all expenses. I think that is what many of use are trying to get per job. It is really not worth your time to get any less. If you have a crew prices many come down a little.
