I wish I could get my competition to read this.These guys have all been in business 3 or more years and are still PWing for beer money.
When we came into the industry back in Oct.,we came with a higher standard and a higher price.We constantly hear "the other guy is lower",I tell potential customers,up front why I charge what I do.Then I show them with a demo,over the top of the other guys work.I never bad mouth the other guys,nor chase their accounts.
I wish our closing rate was 1 in 4,we are more like 1 in 7.It's improving though,as word is getting around that we do quality work in a timely manner.
