you will remove concrete, before the stain comes out with a pressure washer. concrete is very porous and oil soaks in deep. the kitty litter does good, but i'm not sure about how long term it is. i'd be interested in learning more about the enzymes, i've heard about it but never knew for sure if it works or not.
