Thanks for all the help Matt. I built one, and it works good, I need to perfect the air and solution part. I use to have a sprayer I made with a 5 gallon syrup tank and a Co2 tank, on a dolly years ago...worked great, I just dont know if it will handle the caustic concentrate and hot water. Did an Oriental last night that had not been cleaned in 6-8 months...nightmare, 70 lbs of grease out of the primary plenum and duct work...chem didnt cut it, really need to change over to beads with a booster, any tips on the Oriental cleaning? Update; Just spoke with Scott at MG, going Monday to pick up AlkaFoam, and some Fleet Brite, thanks for the referal. In your Opinion is the Alkafoam the best product for the Oriental jobs?
