I would have to agree that it is better to focus on specialize in one or two specific areas than to be a jack of all trades. Even just in power washing there are many guys that focus on a small market of it. I wouldn't want to go see a doctor/mechanic. If I needed the car fixed I would go to a mechanic, and if I was sick I would see the doctor. These trades each take a lot of training and skill, go with the professional in each.
