you read my mind regarding the posting of the above information. I did receive the AP article that you mention above and was going to post this exact same information.

Certainly the 'California Wash & Capture Symposium' at the end of May could not have come at a better time. I invited some washers down in the Bay Area to this via email and posting on the different BBS's but we will see who shows up.

It is my belief right now that S. Calif. will be the first to issue water restrictions however I can't help but look at the 'brown hills' that are usually green in my neck of the woods.

RFW and the UAmCc will keep this in the forefront.
