I have been asked to write an article for a book that will be used as a learning tool, internationally, by facility managers to learn about environmental pressure washing.

They are asking for specific successful case studies from enivronmental pressure washers and their customers that include quantifiable information such as cost iimplications, health and environmental impacts, as well as addressing implementation processes, training concepts and organizational change required to come into compliance with the Clean Water and Solid Waste Management Laws.

I am having a very difficult time sourcing any successful environmentally compliant pressure washing companies who can provide me any case histories/success stories or contacts for clients who support their efforts.

I would really appreciate hearing from anyone who is a successful environmental pressure washing company or the clients who use their services, so that we can gain insight into the challenges being faced and what methods they are using to be successful.

I am brand new, but I would be more than happy to answer a few questions if you want to email me at SpencerWelch@charter.net

from my perspective, the most environmentally friendly thing a pressure washer can do is reclaim. It's no bull, and in california, it will be the state law soon. If you don't think so, call your regional water quality control board and ask them for a schedule. so i guess the best business decision is also the best environmental position. The trouble with reclaim success stories is that reclaimers are having a tough time competing with blo and go washers. it just takes more investment and time to reclaim...the price has to come up when enforcement is in place...sometime soon.

I don't think that it is a case of can do, but be willing to do it, especially since you are a direct competitor to most of us and are willing to sue people, rightly or wrongly. No sense in giving someone additional ammunition.
