Dumpster pads ...Absolutely disgusting Yuck nasty #%*&*^&% but could be the most rewarding........Here's why.....
Very Few people wake in the morning and say I going to start a pressure washing business and think.... I'm really looking forward to cleaning around dumpsters all day long
(most think give me walmarts sams costco etc......flatwork etc
Lets assume you see properties (business's) you want to clean (even if they are currently using someone to clean already...(including in house people)
offer a service initialy cleaning dumpster pads nothing else.... do a good job make money....(be reasonable) with the main goal..... to do all of the concrete...... building wash etc. Also email before and after pictures of the dumpster area....they will remember you......
also what are the odds someone is going to try and take that business away from you by under bidding you on (dumpster pads ....)
two things to think about...Their must be a 100 companies a day asking to pressure wash their property (including small cold water handyman whose equipment couldnt do a quality job) this make you unique
Also
some people probably are'nt going to clean that area all that well (probably not getting paid enough to do a really good Job.......
But you are the only asking to do that specific area (its like cleaning restroom in gas staions or resturants etc. ....yuck ...and their are companies that make alot money cleaning restrooms )
and finally its always a challenge to find the decision maker in most business's
