Use velcro to hold open the gun. Holds great and releases very easy.

A tennis ball works pretty well too.

A tennis ball may work, but in the name of safety, consider the velcro. I have never tried either one, but I presume it would be easier to disconnect the velcro then it would to remove the tennis ball.
Safety first!

Have used the velcro before myself...but prefer the safty of a quick release as Mike stated.

<FONT COLOR="orange">Actually I think the Tennis ball is better I use a raquette ball my self it pops out easier and doesn't hold water, By using the ball if the wand ever did get away from you it would most likely pop out.

Very true with the ball, and I guess both options are good. I just like the Velcro because I can grip the gun in a normal fashion. The ball tends to get in the way.
