Paint Removal on Tinted Glass

Some super genius went and painted (water based) on our tinted windows, and now we can't get the paint removed. We've called 3 companies out to remove the paint and they all couldn't do it/damaged our tint. Any suggestions?

In my experience you have three options:

1) live with the paint on tint
2) Try a white 3M scrub pad (no other color - to agressive) or 0000 steel wool. You may be able to remove paint before scratching tint that bad. Make sure you pre wet window with soap and water and allow dwell time of at least 5 minutes (rewet several times if you have to) prior to scrubing.
3) like steve said - start over, remove the tint.
