John, Take the quick conncet plug ogg and check the orifice inside. It is possible it got left out or just has the wrong size for your machine. Mistakes happen. You should have a #13 if your machine is in the 5-6 gpm range.

Richard, that was the credit bureau, not the better business bureau. The BBB is for customers to find out about business . The credit bureau is for reporting non payments and late payments, also for running credit reports.

You can join the local credit bureau and report it on their file. It stays there for seven years unless you remove it. It will not get you paid but they will remember what they did for a long time.

I feel by mixing the ocylic acid with hot water it works better. It is what we do and recommend.

Richard, Most chemical injectors have a 7:1 ratio. That would dilute the ocylic acid too much. However you can mix it 1:1 and run througt the X-Jet, it has a 1.6:1 ratio. This will give you a 3.2:1 ratio and should work fine. This way you can heat the ocylic acid by running your burner.
