Hey all. Just introducing myself. After about 200 hrs I've finally got my business plans all laid out, and will be starting up in march! I would just like to thank everyone for the information on this board, and a special thanks to the people who started it. I hope that one day I will be as helpful and knowledgable as many of you.

I am from Canada eh! I like parkas and polar bears and beer eh!

New to pressurewashing. Want to work at developing a business around cleaning stucco. We don't have the climate in Canada that stucco should ever have been used on homes or buildings. Since the cold and damp weather produce mold and mildew stucco is always quite dirty and nobody seems to be cleaning it.
Suggestions, procedures and chemicals is what I want to learn.

Hello My name is Liz and we have a family owned pressure cleaning and lawn maintenance company in the florida area and we have an enclosed trailer and the pressure equipment in installed of my husbands F150 truck. Business has been picking up for us at this time. He goes out and work and I run all of the phone calls and all of the paper work for the company. I'm starting now to know some what of the business so if anyone has any advice or information I'm at all ears. We do Commercial and Residential but we are getting more commercial than residential with the pressure cleaning and in the lawn maintenance we have alot of residential. Well thank you for allowing me to introduce our company.
