Default Polished Trailers

I've been two-stepping for a while now and have pretty much got it down for anything that I need to do. I have an account with a vaccum truck company with about 20 trucks. For those of you who don't know, these trucks transfer drilling fluids as well as oil and water from well-sites. So, they get a lot of oil and water on them in places. The trailers were regular aluminum and they get so dirty that we started using an x-jet to shoot the trailer with...you heard that right, the x-jet was quicker than downstreaming because you could get it so much stronger and it took way too long downstreaming. So, I haven't really had problems with that, they pay within the week and never complain about what I charge them per truck. I've done polished trucks before without any problems. This company has started buying polished trailers to weed out some of the older trailers. They are a PAIN and still really don't come clean. I'm using a phosphoric acid only product and have mixed it at two to one to try to get them clean and there is still not as clean as I want them to be. Needless to say, oil, water, and polished do not go together. They're happy with them and don't really care anyways, but I'm not. If my company washes it then I want it spotless. So, I need some suggestions about a different way to do this or maybe a little stronger chemical. Yes, I've tried flashing and that doesn't work very well neither. Any suggestions?

There's 9 or 10 of them. What is the chemical base of blue lightning and where can I get it? Is it still for use as the first step in two step?
