Thumbs up Help with Fleet Bidding

Hello Folks! Hope you can help. We're about to bid on a FE fleet account pretty soon. They have a total of 206 vehicles that they want done on a monthly rotation (86 lift trucks, 58 vans, & 58 pickups). I have a 2 man crew that looking to do approx 50 vehicles weekly etc. I'm writing because I'm not exactly how to price them. I'm pretty sure I can get this contract because of inside help, but really don't to highball and definitly don't want to lowball myself. All of the comments on this message board have been on point, so I thought I'd get some advise. This is what I propose:
-lift trucks - $12each
-van & pickups - 10each

Questions?:
1. What price range do you recommend?
2. How do you normally pay your help?
3. Do you have a sample proposal/contracts?

Shoot me a email at: mthrelkeld@excite.com

If its just road film your pricing looks ok,for that many peices the price is fairly in the top dallor range.

I do not know whats the going hourly rate per hour for employee's is now,a few years ago I was paying 10,it could be still that rate.

Sounds like a cable of telephone company, I was for mediacom who has assortment of vehicles probably about 100 mixed of trucks, vans, booms. We wash them every 2 weeks and usually only get 50-60 in the 2.5 hour time frame we have to wash them in the mornings.

I would say your pricing on the vans/trucks is high maybe go around 8 or 9 per and the lift trucks seem on.
