We do it, but we're doing it a little different than what you're suggesting. We inject both chemicals at the gun, followed by a clean rinse. We blend our own chemicals to do this. In addition to having our own fleet washing company, we also market this equipment to other mobile washes. More info is found at our other website here: Bioclean System and Supply, Inc. - Your Environmentally Safe Cleaning Solution - The most advanced truck wash system available today!. I hope that answers some questions you may have.

Sorry I'm having trouble opening all threads on the new board and I did answer your post but it would not post to the board, this one may not post either.
Like I said before it takes two different chemicals one being applied over the other. It can be two different kinds of soap one being applied over the other or it can be a acid and a soap applied the same way.Several different ways to apply,downstreamer,flo-jets and even pumpup sprayers are used.Call your supplier for help in which chemicals to use,a soap applied over acid is the best cleaner as to a 2-step soap applied over another soap.
It doesn't matter if you have one or 10 washers pulling from one or 100 tanks its still applied the same way.I like appling the acid with a downstreamer b/c of better control under low psi,I also like useing upstream soap to apply the soap under high psi.
Call Mark he can get the acid for you and give you more info on how.

When I see people washing in cut off pants and appling fleet soaps haven't read the labels as in protection.Any chemical that has the power to brighten isn't good on bare skin.

What is a flo jet and how is it uesd?

It a small pump that runs off either 12v or 110v.

Whats the difference in upstream and downstream applications?

Upstream is high psi and downstream is low psi, upstream means chemicals running though the pump and downstream means running chemicals after the pump.

Default Downstreaming setup

Could someone please help me. I have 13HP VANGUARD GAS POWERED
HOT WATER PRESSURE WASHER 4000 PSI @ 3.5 GPM - ELECTRIC START.
I have a dual lance gun and wonder how a chemical low pressure injector connects. A picture of the whole setup would be great. Sorry for my ignorance, I am learning. I am looking to use Crete Clean to clean concrete, have never used chemical injector, what kind of nozzle/tip will be needed for the job?

The picture is of the injector I have

You will need to use the soap nozzle
usually a nozzle with a black plastic
cover, usually brass nozzle.

The dowstream injector is designed
to draw / siphon at low pressure,
and when you switch back to your
high pressure nozzle the injector
should stop siphoning.

Thanks for a quick respond, Mark. So, the soap nozzle you showed goes in place of, say, 15/ yellow nozzle I would use for high pressure washing. And how does this injector gets attached to the gun? Thank you, guys

The injector usually conects between
the machine outlet, and the pressure
hose via quick couplers.
