Default Mixing Sodium Percarbonate

I could use some help with mixing/applying/cleaning with Sodium Percarbonate. I've been using Sodium Hydroxide on my decks but would like something a little bit safer for the decks that don't need stripping. My understanding is that it requires slightly higher pressure to use than hydroxide, but obviously won't strip paint making it safe around siding.

I need to know how to mix and apply using the powder form and what to expect from it. Thanks.
