How should I charge to pressurewash and seal a pinewood fence?

Is it that nice a fence you'd want to "steal" it? Yes, I know you meant "seal" it. If it were me, I'd charge in American dollars, no matter how many square feet.

I charge .30 per sqft to stain/ seal and .15-.20 per sqft to clean. My market is in the Dallas Tx area but your area may be different.
