I stained a deck with Cabot Deck Stain and noticed that a few areas
had a shine to it. This was noted immediately after staining the floor.
I used rollers to apply the stain.
So I am guessin that it is either still wet...but if it stays like this, how
do you get the shine off? What is the best way to avoid this shine?
I spread the stain out...I thought pretty well

Its very easy to over apply with a roller. Switch to a contractor grade stain pad.
