Thompsons Water Seal the white stuff with wax is the bestest. And to clean EZ-Deck Wash... LOL

Out here in the CA Super Deck is the best as nothing eles can bust the VOC laws.

I think one guys is using readySeal but not sure he won't tell me.

Hey Super deck has a new line this year with over 60 colors for older wood tinitable!!! and a color lots here seems to like Honey Gold . Looks interesting have not tried it yet but I will .

Raining on me today! Yipppeee a day off!

Why do I like doing Deck Refinishing? I like taking somthing that looks like crap and making it look like new. Why? Good question! I hate painting! Deck Refinishers don't paint!

ABR X-100 Natural Seal - Pre-Finish then Deck Finish. All Semi-Trans Preservatives. Cabot for Solid Color (which I detest doing but have to in some cases.)

I have used the following:
  • Twp
  • Olympic Maximum
  • Spa-N-Deck
  • Cabot

I really like spa-n-deck, (i especially like its durability). But unfortunately, it is more costly than other sealers. Other than that, i usually give homeowners the option to choose from any of the above, while showing them some small sections that i've finished myself so they can get an idea as to the finished product.Olympic maximum is okay, but it doesn't last as long as TWP...Then again, it is better for the stain to get the damage, than the deck.
