What is the proper way to clean out fryolators.

Contact the company that made it and ask them. Check and see if they have a website.

Take Johnnys advice try a Yahoo search for
"Fryolator cleaning"

You will find bith some relevant and some non relevant liks.

Either way a good starting point for research.
Maybe some of the greasers will respond with some tips.

I have never done it, but from what I understand its pretty simple. They heat them up, throw in some tabs and it does all the work for you. I have also heard of them being steam cleaned fairly easily.
