Default Non-trans fat Cleaner
I was looking at the latest delco catalog and was in awe of there vast range of cleaners. I saw one that is supposed to be used for oriental restaurants and non trans fat grease. Is this worth buying? I use a De-greaser known to me as X-25 for all grease. I learned the art of Hood cleaning from a guy that has been doing it for 30+ yrs. Let me know your views on this....PLEASE

Well I got a sample of the the no trans fat degreaser and the oriental degreaser Im goona try out the no trans fat tonight... so Ill let you know
