Here is the setup I use at McDonalds it works well. One person doing the setup equals approx. 10 min per hood. The only down side to this setup you have to have a good shop vac. I'm having trouble with pictures as soon as I have time I will get them posted.

Amazing how all these Mickey D's all look the same!
Looks like the fryer hood on the back wall or on the drive through wall.
Sometimes we have to cover up everything adjacent to us and clean the surrounding area because of the Mc Goo on the walls and the equipment and the floor.Mc Nasty! Would you like frys with that? Apple pies 2 fer a dollar. LOL

This is a grill setup. Push the plastic in around the gasket on the back wall. Use pony clips to hold the sides and to the trash can. Use the lobby cans with new liners. A shopvac in on standby to catch the leaks. Very efficient .

This is of a Fryer setup. Same as the grill but use one can and tape the sides. I use the 2" wide packaging tape, cheap and easy to apply.

Used packing tape as a test-not a good test-what type of tape and item #. We use Nasha Silver, will get the number. Your tape is much less $$$$$.
