Recently our company did some house washing for a large home builder in our area. This included us washing the exterior of one of their model homes, along with front patio that was stained with mud and washdown of driveway to finish. We would like to get more of this work from builders. If thier are any contractors out there already doing this for builders I would be interested in thier marketing for such.

You need to contact builders. Look in the phone book and go to the job site and ask for the general contractor. If he is not around, ask if anyone knows how to contact that person.

Builders are very cheap and very slow payers in general. I would not go low on price with them. Ask for what you need, not what they want to pay. Make sure that in your contract and verbally you explain that you will be paid as soon as the job is complete.
