K.J. Pressure Washing & Non Pressure Roof Cleaning
Thanks Lance!
It's good to see another professional one man roof cleaner who like me can do the work of two men without problems.
Oh, I know now we will have a sacastic reply from the "preacher" on this subject.
I myself employ the use of a groundman where and when I see fit, especially with 2 and 3 story roofs. This just makes good sense.
Not once has a customer of mine's landscaping or home been compromised because of not having a human sprinkler.
Keep up the good work and post some pics when ya can!
See ya>

Mallard Systems, once the worlds largest roof cleaning company, had 44 trucks.
ALL with two man crews.
Go figure ?
I have ONLY been cleaning roofs for 16 years, what do I know ?
Ultimately, the customer will decide, wont he ?

I really don't think these threads qualify as "ads"......CraigsList would be an online ad, but I think that sharing amongst your professional colleagues is NOT an ad. If a homeowner finds it through a search, then they're researching and finding information but it's not an ad anymore than anyone else's threads showing off their work.
Just my .02.

Hello Celeste,
This thread IS an ad.
ANYTIME pictures are posted, and keywords repeated, put in BOLD, etc, etc, it is a manipulation of the search engines.
IF it was "only intended for other professionals", then you would not see the bolded, oversized, and repeated keywords.

I don't know - as much as newbies are told to "use the search feature" it could be argued that the purpose is to help in education - which you do condone there Chris

Is this Celeste or Roger ?
Notice the NAME of this thread ?
It is Commercial Non Pressure Tile Roof Cleaning Palm Harbor Florida.
Not Commercial Non Pressure Tile Roof Cleaning IN Palm Harbor Florida
Or Commercial Non Pressure Tile Roof Cleaning I did in Palm Harbor Florida
I
Or, here is a dentist ofice with a Tile Roof I did.
No Celeste or Roger, this is a BLATANT Roof Cleaning advertisement.
And IF it WAS a "learning thread" KJ would NOT be upset about me being in "his thread"
Because I am all about teaching roof cleaning, and have been doing it for years.
Commercial Non Pressure Tile Roof Cleaning Palm Harbor Florida is a Keyword Loaded advertising description.
KJ wants to "advertise free", and get upset when others get in "his threads".
Like he OWNS them, LOL
