I just cant seem to get the stuff off i have washed this 3 story building 3 times and it looks worse everytime any suggestions on what will work?

What is your goal, repainting? That is the only way you are going to get it to look good.

Without knowing more about you this is what I see in your first post to the board.

Its a little late to ask how to wash Ox'd aluminum,your post proves that,paying attention to whats happening when washing a surface is like a learnimg book as to stop or keep on going.

After washing three times your problem is going to be hard to fix,you may get by doing a acid wash.

I'll let one of the other mod's move your post to its rightful forum,pay more attention to what your doing and things want be so hard.They are several post on this board on how to wash ox'd alum. and its warnings.

Is the surface getting grey and the white is turning translucient. In this case you removed all the paint off the siding. On a bright note that siding is worth $2.00 a pound in scrap metal. For your sake I hope that is not the case.

Actually i used trailer cleaner and it worked thanks for all the useless put downs last time i will visit this site.
