I just wanted to know if it is possibe to make money from a graffiti removal business even when the local government offers the service for free on all government owned properties including residential property and says it will also remove graffiti from commercial and private residential properties but may charge a fee. There are a number of other large towns and cities nearby and they seem to have the same policy (i live in the UK by the way). Any advise would be much appreciated.

Not her in Canada. Have seen a number of companies try it and go under. We offer the service with 2-3 calls per season. Over the pond I remember the black tags all over the signage. What a mess. Plus I have heard about thse spray cans which can remove grafiti!!
