Default Pricing help needed ASAP

Hi. I am a little unsure of myself pricing a certain job. Ihave been changing my price over and over in my head. How would you recommend pricing the cleaning of the concrete at a bus terminal with heavy, heavy gum? It is approx. 15,000 sq. ft. with the heavy gum. I was thinking about .20 per sq. ft. for this area with heavy gum. The total sq. footage of the area is about 29,000 sq. ft. Any advice. This is the largest I have bid. I will be applying chems to the area to remove stains, oil, etc. Thanks!!!!!!!
Mark

.20 sounds fair for heavy gum. Do you have any idea how many others you are bidding against? Also, I guess it depends on how bad you need/want the work.

Do you have hot water?

Is there a good water source on site that will keep up with you while you work??

.20 to .30 a square foot would be my price. Of course others without experience and the rigth equipment would probably bid lower.
