Default I need some prices to compare with

Breezeways on apartment buildings: 2,3,and 4 story's 2 breezeways
pw siding, stairs, strip floors, and scrub doors after done

3 story breezeway is generally $75.00-$85.00 Done 2-3 times a year
(sometimes wooden, sometimes concrete stairs)

What kind of prices are typical for flat work, easy sidewalks, no gum, just dirty from landscapers, lawn boys, etc... 10cent/p/f ?

What about Construction Apartments(Newly built, no tenants yet)
(They are a mess, usually are swept out before i come)

4 story, breezeways i charge typically 165.00 per breezeway, 32 patios at $9.00 each, 618.00 per building, takes all day, this price includes sidewalks around building and ac concrete pads around building. Is there anybody here with similar jobs that are getting a better rate. i think i am not getting what i could be, any advice? i normally average at least 70-80.00 an hour and i am not quite making it on these new apartment buildings
upside: 2-4 buildings per month somewhat steady

i am new to the internet and these "network" forums, i have read a lot of previous topics and i believe u guys have something good going here. i have been pw for about 8 years and have done numerous kinds of jobs. i have to go now but will be back sometime this week

As you can see i deal with a lot of apartments, especially in the new construction phases, any help or advice would be greatly apprieciated!
