Hello Mark, I have been reading this thread and was wondering can you use Clorox Outdoors?? (I think that is the name) and mix it with the TSP? I know they sell it either at Lowes and/or Home Depot. Also where can we buy the TSP? Thanks!!

you can use clorox but it cost more then get 12% sh ,plus your mix will not be as strong , also alot on roof you can walk and it faster

Hi Andrew, so the Clorox Outdoors is not a good idea.....I am sorry to ask so many questions, but many have asked me about cleaning roofs and I just want to get the cleaning solution down. What do you use?

We do a lot of roofs in the Tampa area.
I always suggest walking a roof unless it is too dangerous.
Our non pressure roof cleaning pumps will shoot almost 40 feet.
This allows us to safely do Tampa area shingle and tile roofs others walk away from.

Here is a Tampa Palms Roof being non pressure cleaned from a Ladder.
This roof was steep, and dangerous.
A Tampa Pressure Cleaner shortened the life of this roof.
His high pressure cleaning removed and loosened the granules.
This made it impossible and unsafe to try and walk this Tampa Palms roof.
Thus, you can see us cleaning the roof from the ladder.
I am holding the ladder.
This was an "emergency roof", and we did it on a Saturday.
That is why I was out of uniform
The Tampa Palms Homeowners Association was ready to place a Lien on this home.
The customer hired 2 different "Tampa roof cleaning companys", both showed up, then walked away from this roof.
Finally, she called her tampa roofing contractor, and they told her to call us.
She was just another happy Tampa Palms roof cleaning customer

nice work! What chemical are you using to get such good results with low pressure? On ranchers could I just use my 24' telescoping wand to spray (lowest pressure) over the roof to rinse/clean?

Great thank you! I don't plan on doing many roofs but sometimes customers ask and I would like to do it the right way using the right stuff...
