Turbo nozzles/ Where to use them?

Me again thinking about my next gaget to buy.
How about a turbo nozzle wanting to know what type of jobs to use it on. Anything else besides concrete? Gum removal?
Also whats a good one and how long before it needs to be rebuilt or replaced? Thanks Tim
