Ok here is the deal. 376 windows 188 of them 3.5 X 2 and 188 of them 1.5 X 1.

All can be reached from the ground floor with no obstructions. (New construction)

All the stickers are off and a half assed cleaning job was done. This would be a final clean before tennants move in.

Inside and out so you are looking at cleaning 752 panes.

I have the stuff to do windows as I do some for some other customers just never anything this darn big. I will be doing some pressure washing for them. I do not want to get in a habit of giving cheap rates for the windows just to get the power washing. All that does is cheapen the market and take profit away from one to pay the other. That is why I would like a straight up figure. If I am on the money here I will get about 6 more buildings just like it.
