Are you doing inside and out? For a average size window I charge 2.50 for out side and 5.00 for both. I charge more for screens.I like to make about 50.00 a hour.So think about how long it's going to take you and try to make it worth you time. I hope this helps.

Hey Scott,

In Texas it is about 5 to 6 dollars for lower windows and 8 to10 for upper. Screens I charge 2 to 2.50 each and use a cleaner. I can tell you the name if you like. I do a minimum of $85 a home. This weeds out the cheaps if you tell them that on the phone. This way you break even from giving a quote. Since I am mainly a window cleaner, I am glad I can share some of knowledge. I am still a newbie on power washing.

Default window cleaning

Thanks for the reply...yes please tell me the name of the cleaner. Do you charge 85 dollars for just the outside? How much more do you charge for the inside? Powerwashing is slow as a snail this year, and that is my main source of income, so

Thank you for the info, I love this site,

Scott

I also am a window cleaner

Cheap soap that works great is Lemon Joy ! costs about .01 a home. Windows i would charge as follows call up a window company tell them how many windows you have and ask for a ball park figure, that will give you a idea on what to charge. I make about $40 -$50 an hour when doing windows. Also pick up some good gear. You can email me if you like. Mark@

It must be an illegal alien cleaning those windows! In Texas we have to charge sales tax.

If they got caught using someone not registered with the state as a legitimate business, Fine! Fine! Fine!

He won't last! We would charge $15 to $20 for the same job once a month.

We try to keep those strip accounts at every other week or monthly.

Weekly will wear you out doing a $5 or $10 a time job.

Somebody asked about soap and the best by far is Gleam 3 I get from Dallas Window Cleaning Supply. No Suds!!!

Why do you like gleam 3? Meaning what is it about it that makes it your favorite?
