Default awning cleaning

For you all that do commercial windows,a great add on to sell is awning cleaning and maint. We were asked a few weeks back to do some awnings. This was new to us but I had read some stuff at awningcleaning.com so I told the customer if he would pay for the chemicals we would try it.
There was114ft to clean 1 vinyl,1 cloth. The kit has cleaners a sealers for both. The awnings cleaned up great and $200 for less than 4hrs isn't bad, considering we got some valuable traing out of it also.We are scheduled to do a maint, clean every six months.
There are about 50 other awnings in our town on the main streets,we will be talking with the owner of those properties soon.
