Default High Rise Work?

Does anyone do high rise work? This is something i would like to get into but i am not sure at this exact moment. Is it worth it? And what equipment is needed? And how much do you charge per window, or do you even price like that?

If anyone has some insight it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
