Two stepping is hitting it with an acid based soap usually (Hydro Flouric acid) and then a degreaser that will neutralize the acid. If you are not familiar with the process get some HELP! HF is not something to be toyed with, it will cause great pain if not respected.

The concrete is not painted or sealed previously. The customer painted the garage walls and has spilled or dripped latex paint onto the floor.

Any ideas other than heat and a 5 deg nozzle or rotary nozzle? It is for a interior garage floor and I do not want to leave ghost marks. Goof-off?
