C___t has a program out where you can estimate a deck, house or whatever and they will provide you with a neat service. Service being a never-ending supply of color charts and sample 4 oz. stains shipped anywhere in North America for customers to try and select their favorites.
The problem I am having is that these customers are going around the bend in re-ordering new samples until they find "the perfect color".
While the service is nice for all parties, it seems it might be better to just get a brief desription from customers and take it from there, allowing us to handle it on thier behalf.
Indecision.....Indecision......
How do you guys and gals fare with the selection processes?....
