The pm co, are keeping going. Biz is not to bad but I see a trend all around with some not wanting to spend there hard earn money.But the phone still rings.Oh then I had my units in the shop get back my trailer go to a job and not one but both of the surface cleaners are broke so just got them to the shop so hope Ill be up again by Fri....How about your way lots of work or about the same thing

It looks just like a tile roof we cleaned here in Tampa.
When you travel around Florida cleaning Tile Roofs like you and me do, you sometimes see the same buildings in different Florida Cities and Counties.
Almost like the same builders built Pasco, Pinellas, and Hillsborough County ?

Tampa Tile Roof Cleaning
Here are some pics of a Tampa area commercial tile roof we cleaned some time ago.
Our specialty is Tampa area high end residential tile roofs, and some of these homes are up to 10,000 sq ft.
So cleaning a 6000 sq ft commercial tile roof is a walk in the park for our big tanks and pumps, and dedicated roof cleaning trucks.

Yep, we are absolutely slammed with great paying work and alot of very nice projects that people are waiting on quotes for. This year has really been going great over here.
Yeah, the trailer is still here, but, it may be put into action soon if a few things come together like I think they might. I'm just not real excited to start adding employees that don't care half as much as I do about the quality! I worked WAY to hard to blow it all so quickly.

Yes, the employees MUST care about quality or you are really better off w/o them.
We have a shingle roof today up in Misty Creek and a White Barrel Tile on Davis Island.
Gave the guys Friday off to go to Daytona for car show/spring break.
This week slowed down a bit, but the last 3 were almost record weeks for us.
I say almost because we are not running all the trucks we used to anymore.
I deliberately downsized for just the reason you said, Quality.
It is hard to find employees who care like we do because they do not own the company.
The guys are already on the way to the shingle roof, so I think I am gonna go eat breakfast.
The place I go has that thick Bacon with the rind on it !!
It is calling me Ken.
