You have the right ideal, dolly, ect.,balances is the main thing to keep in mind when building.Several differents ways to build one, what would you be useing it for mostly?.

I have mine... ( 150psi@1.3gpm shureflo) hooked to the inside of my box trk. Then I pump outa the 55gal of soap!! with 200' of 1/4 hose on a reel. And for the power >> I just use the same Battery as the pressure washer. on the other end I just use a reg. p/wer gun with no trigger . but have a ball valve to on/off it. Everything is q-coupled and I can change the nozzels to whatever degree I need.

A dolly works good but like larry said if you dont build it right it may to a flippy on ya' . Use bigger tires on your dolly and just mount the 12v sprayer add a lil hose reel and put your chem bucket on the bottom with a tarp strap...... and dont forget to keep your 12v battery away from the chems You can use a battery cover........ If you do use a dolly then you have to always remember to keep it charged up., Or you will be @ a job with a dead battery. Thats why I just leave mine in the van it is always charged ........ and I dont have to worry about unloading it and loading it back up in the Van.

I'll stop jabbering NOW!!

the good thing is there are so many ways to do it. you can get a hand truck, square tank, mount a shurflo and battery on the top or side of the tank. you could also weld a bracket on the back of the hand truck for the battery and shurflo. they make tanks with holes to attach a shuflo to. Do you know how to weld. if so, you can make something very easily. just remember to charge your battery every night.

Dan S, I agree 100%. I think we all used pump ups at one time or another. It is good to have as a back up, just incase.

yeah ........ I know I still have a couple in the garage somewhere ....... they do come in handy when you got a small job that requires only a splash of chems..........

Hello Trent,

Here is a sprayer that we have found to work very well.

It is an old syrup canister (for soda pop). They use these to dispense pop and use Co2 to move the liquid.

We use it for our degreasers.

We use this little air compressor to charge the canister. This is a picture of it hanging on the wall of our truck. We didn't hard mount it so we can remove it and take into kitchens and other places that we may need air.

How do the little compression type valves come off to change over to that design and how much pressure do you put in the sprayer?

Lol. I like the sprayers. I have a 15 gallon tank mounted in a small, pnuematic tire trailer. Just big enough for the tank and the pump and the little battery. It lasts and lasts. 2 or more days on the battery of hard work and pump holds up to chemicals. You can add a sureflo at any time.

Just an idea!

Sorry I missed your post before:(

I had my crew leader set them up. If I remember there are threaded fittings in the tank. He adapted them to what he needed to add for the spray line and air valve to pressurize the tank. We put about 65 pounds in the tank.
