Tennis elbow ......##he called it some fancy name which I cant even say let alone spell but in short he said it is the tennis elbow ##.......he gave me some sort of steriod pills ........some days it works other days still has pain. I need to make another appointment and see if he can cut it out or let me trade my old arm in for a new one :)

"Lateral Epicondylitis"
I have a patient in the student clinic that has a chronic case of this. It flares up every now and then so he comes in for a course of treatment over 4 weeks with Ultra sound, Cervical and Elbow adjustments, Ice massage and moving on to stretches as it gets better.

He was a factory worker for thirty years doing the same thing, hence it being chronic. You can try placing a band below the elbow on the forearm this can help in some cases. Theres a good product called Biofreeze that you can get from ebay that will give you temporary relief. I use it on most of my patients to give them some mild relief.
