Marketing Service Related Question. Just determining feasibility.

I am starting up a new service that may be feasible to use for those that want to get more commercial customers.

I will be scraping Google Places listings for business and phone numbers.
I will then put these phone numbers into an auto dialer and attach a recorded script.
Calls will be placed, recording will be played and then leads will be transferred to your phone.
Calls per hour can be regulated from 10 to 10,000 so you can cover a lot of ground.

Examples of business scraped... Apartments, property management, gas stations, hotels, motels etc.

I will also be offering video ranking where a video is created for your business and then ranked for the top spot with professional voice overs, male or female.

What do you guys think? This sound feasible to you? I already have the equipment in place to do this. Just working out finer details.

NOTE*** This is not for calling residential homes. Business to business is exempt from the do not call list. You can use this however to contact your own previous customers about specials that you are running and they always have the opportunity to opt out of the calling list. Because of your previous business with these customers, you are exempt from the do not call list.

This will not work for getting commercial clients, I would be surprised if
one in a thousand even listens to the message.

If anyone wants to get more commercial work they need to be more direct
and interactive. These business reps will not take the time to hear some
message they did not ask for, they'll hang up. Guaranteed.

Then we need to make sure they are not on the 'do not call list'.

I sold $98k in power washing to commercial clients with a letter and a
phone call (with a live person). Passive is not a good business model.
