I just installed one of these last year and so far no issues to report. Just wish they would add this to their inventory of parts online. I would like to purchase a spare or two. The store wanted me to bring it in for service and install it themselves, but I told them that I was on a job and they were greatly inconveniencing me and my client. The store Mgr finally broke down and sold me one off a new washer in the back of the store. I was finally able to finish the job without incident.
I've heard people speak bad about these washers, but so far mine has not let me down. Only issue, was that the burner would not ignite when i bought it. Evidently the owner before me had the battery installed in reverse and was probably why he sold it in the first place. Took me a few evenings to figure this out. I was reading schematics, re-re-connecting terminals, running ohms and voltage checks etc. Low and behold, who would have thought that someone would put a battery in, in reverse - DUHHHH.
