I would appreciate any help I can get on setting up my soaper to work. It worked before we bought it and I was told we needed a new wand and hoses. The way it looks it has two hook ups for hoses on this
one wand and it is used for soaping. It does not go through the power washer it is drawn from the wand I think. I'm kind of new to this but could use any help I can get. We need to get this up and running to be able to perfom the 2 step process. We do not have enough man power to scrub everthing anymore. We are currently doing 4 fleets with just three people only on the weekends consisting of 50 trucks and 40 trailers. Scrubbing we are putting in 12 hours on saturday and sunday just to get these done. We just got a call wanting us to give another fleet a quote on there fleet being washed every weekend. We have hired another guy so we can split up but it will cut down on some of the time we spend working but we are wanting to cut it down to one day of work since we all work regular jobs during the week. I would greatly appreciate someone to explain how I need to set it up and what I need and where to get it.
Thanks,
Cameron
We have a small bussiness and have contracts with 3 truck fleets and are doing pretty good. There are three of us working we can only work on the weekends when the trucks are all in. We have a 4000 PSI Landa power washer with a tank for soap and 2 portable washers. We are having trouble figuring out how to get the soaper working. We have not used it since we bought the equipment. We need a new 2 hoses and a new gun and wand that will take the two hoses into it. The soaper does not run through the powerwasher it runs off the gun I believe. Where can we find the two hoses for the water and soap to shoot through the gun. We havebeen scrubbing everything and with the portable power washers we are able to spray soap on and then spray it off. We are wanting to get it working so we can split up and go to different places and work at the same time and get it done in one day instead of two. Can anyone help me on this?
