To post a picture when replying to a thread or when
starting a new thread. Scroll down to "additional options"
Click on the "Mange Attachments" button you can select
an image from your computer to post, you may need to
decrease the size maximum jpeg size is 560 x 560.


If you are referring to the picture by OldTimer it looks
like it was done in PhotoShop..
