Any chance I get, I like to highlight anyone who goes above and beyond for me. For small outfits, that's usually a thank you card or a tip. For big companies, I try to find the guy or gal at the top of the food chain, and I tell them about my experience.
Last year I gave a kid $20 at the DMV. In a full waiting room he gave up his seat for an elderly lady. Twenty other people sitting there, he was the only one with good sense.
