Vacaville, Ca - Pressure Wash

The New Year brought our pressure washing services back to Vacaville, CA. Nothing really special about the job except that it came out good and the customer was pleased. We have been hitting the commercial contracts consistently in 2011 and it felt great having a change and doing a house wash for once.

Nice work as always Carlos. Are you still using sw1k for your housewash mix?

Chris...how ya been bro. On this particular job I did not do use SW1K. I have been trying a new product that Mark M. from here on PWN turned me onto. Dang if I don't remember the name of it....it's in my trailer as we speak.

Best to you in 2012. Hey..FYI Chris....I cleaned out my in box for Private Messages. I think I saw that you tried to send me one before the holidays. If not...must have been someone else.

I was in Fresno about 2 weeks ago....my daughter took the tour of UC Fresno.

Hey Carlos, Yes I did try. I had a few questions about this subject. So I will ask here. I know at one time you were using the sw1k as your housewash mix. I would be very interested in hearing your comparison between the two products on cleaning stucco?

How did she like the campus here in fresno? What other schools is she interested in? Let her know it gets very hot here in the summer!

Hey Chris...I still use SW1k for general cleaning (residential and commercial). As far as comparing....mmmm...this was my first house was with the stuff that Mark asked me to try. Also, the house was not that dirty and/or had hardly any stains or dirt buildup on the stucco. Even with SW I add sh to it for nasty stains and also to knock down the "tiger stripes" on gutters.

The hang time that I get with SW is great vs. other house wash mixes that I used in the past.

As time goes on and on I see my business heading down the commercial road. Not to say I will stop doing residential washing but I don't spend a whole lot of time marketing that segment. My google ranking is what gets me the jobs vs. any type of campaign. I must admit I did play with FB ads last year and did get a real nice job (residential) out of it.

Anyway....I am getting off track here from your question.

I will be ordering the house wash mix from Mark in Feb and try it out on some more dirty homes.

I hope I answered the question you had.

My daughter liked the campus. It looked old and worn to me but again I look for things like that. We ate at BJ's right up the street from it. Nice town but she needs to get her grades up! :)

Carlos, that is just about as dirty as you will ever see a patio here in Vegas.

Are you in town yet?

Bowling tonight. It's little Carlos' birthday - 6 yrs old. You are welcome to join us!

Hey T....nope not in town. Probably be next week as the client has not released the budget until the week of the 22nd (next week). He called me and told me to make plans for next week but he needed his boss to sign off on it....whatever LOL

I think the World of Concrete show is in town next week...yes?

I'll see you next week most likely dude...save a piece of cake for me if you can.

Los

I think I'm going to skip WOC this time. I've got nothing new from it for a couple of years now. I hear it's going to be a little bigger this year, but last year it was pretty small.

See you next week!

Carlos, How do the windows look after cleaning with the sw1k? Are you just giving them a good rinse? Or are you coming back with a squeegee?

The only 2 people that I know that sale it in our industry in Mark and Jason W. I have a pretty good relationship with the owner of SW1K but the threw me a major curve ball at the end of the year with a big increase on the cost per pail and shipping.
