Thanks for sending me money larry and bailing me out !!
We got back a few days ago......... it was awesome............. only bad part was leaving.......... all week I walked around with shorts on and no shirt.... Now Im in mickey mouse boots and carharts...................
Seen alot of chit and spent tons of money.......... Those grass skirts goes up fast!!
done did had to pay for 12 of `em....but thanks to my bud larry he sent me money!! LOL
Next year it's the Bahamas ............
This summer we are going to spend 2weeks in Ocean city Maryland.............
wife cant seem to get enuf' of the beaches.............damn should of traded her in

Im not sure if there is anything I would not do over again....everything we did .Hele ride, Scuba diving , Diamond head, Pearl harbor.even the Polynesian cultural center
U can check them out @ >...... www.polynesia.com . was so awesome.... Wife only had time to lay on beach for about a total of 5 hours the whole Vaca !!
Pearl Harbor was a very touching experience...........If anybody who visits Pearl dont get emotional there is something wrong with them !!
We did not rent a car @ all..everything we did we did it with the tour folks. they picked us up @ hotel and when done dropped us back off...and they talked the whole ride with info. about the island.
Rented a Harley while down there though .only for 2 hours just so i could say....... "we did" ........ Now that was a rush !! people drive on that island like they are trying to get off of it .
all in all I think I took close to 500pic's .........My main picture taker was my new camcorder it has it's own hard drive in it..... no tapes to worry about .....that camera alone i slammed over 400 pic's on ....... and prob. over half was pic. quality.
And with that said...I think If there was anything I would do over is the picture part..... Even though I read the manual on this new camera and used it for about a week er so b4 trip.There is still alot I could of done to get better pics. Wife bought 3-4 throw away cameras.....She should of thrown them away ..those cameras suck and she bought the "good-ones" !!

My wife and I honeymooned in Hawaii and the surrounding Islands in 93. We loved it and one day like yourself I'm going to take her back there. We had so much fun...and your right visting Pearl Harbor was such and experience. WIth the bubbles still coming up from the sunken Battle ship "Arizona" brought tears to my eyes thinking about all the men who died down there.
I went in to the Navy back in the day thinking that all drugs should be legalized and basically I had a bad attitude. I came out a Man and I am glad I served. This being irrelevent to what your posting...but anyone who goes to Hawaii they should all stop at Pearl Harbor and pay there respects and realize how lucky we are to live in this great country.

Next time I go back, with just my wife, I am going to a more secluded island, too. When we went last summer it was a whole family trip. We did all have an absolute blast though, and it was everyones favorite vacation.

Welcome to the wonderful of Hawaii addicts. Now we just need to get some knucklehead from Arkansas to get where he can see the Ocean for the first time, and he might work out a way to go. Can you imagine Dan and Larry in Hawaii together. It might be worth buying a ticket to watch.

Heck man I had rather see the USA,you can drive over most rivers and lakes and can see the tree line along the banks.I'm bad about getting lost or aleast turned around as to which way to go.If fishing the ocean I'd end up in china thinking it was the way home b/c one wave looks like all the other waves.I need a tree line or atleast see the bank to get home safely b/c I'm not a rice eater.

UHm, Larry, I got a news flash. Hawaii is part of the USA. As for finding your way home, you will probably have a fishing guide that will get you home, and help you find the hot holes.
