A little info about this situation - There are 3 buildings made mostly of Indiana Limestone.
I am working on securing this contract. The people I am talking with were referred to me by a large stone setting contractor.
This is a situation where if the dollar amount can be reach, it will probably be starting in about 2 to 3 weeks.
The job is fairly easy. The <u>ONLY</u> reason I am thinking about letting someone in on this is because I just spent over $800.00 for front brakes on my Bronco and I am not real thrilled on the idea of pulling a 12 foot trailer over the Eastern Divide just to burn up new brakes! Yes, I know it is a stupid reason! I can actually do this job by myself. However, we will see next week where this is really heading.
This is a good job if it is done right and the gentleman who I am talking with seems to be a real good straight forward person.
BILLING: Payment with in 10 to 15 days of billing. This customer pays Net 10 - when we get ours, we can:
1)wire transfer to your bank
or
2)send certified check over night
or
3)just mail it regular mail.

What type of pressure washing do you normally do?
What would be the maximum distance you would travel to sub from us?
(there are other possible jobs in over 5 states with them.)

Do you have equipment to use on this job?
What would be your best hourly rate to do this?
Who will be paying up front for your hotel and/or food while the job is being done? You or I?
