Hello Guys and Gals,
I think we are all informed on the problems that Behr is having regarding their lawsuits in the northwest. My question is, are any of you guys using this as a marketing strategy?? Have you all seen those commercials on TV from lawyers who are asking if you have ever taken a certain medication, and if you have call them because you may be able to latch on to a class-action lawsuit?? Are you guys using this as a marketing tool??
Would you guys consider putting out direct mail or a flyer asking people to call you if behr had been used on their deck/fence/etc, because they may be entitled to a refund?? Honestly, I think this would be a powerful marketing move, but I am having problems with the ethics of this, I don't necessarily want to put myself in the same class as the 'personal injury' guys.
What do you guys think about this?? Lets get several opinions on this, especially if you know something of the legalities of this sort of situation.
Best Regards,
Jon Fife
