12.5% is what i use after the wash .pump spray on after wash kills all fungus what the surface cleaner with hot water didnt get.Most times when ya clean a driveway there is hidden mold under the dirt .ya see it when ya clean and rinse rinse rinse rinse.They wil be little green spots in most cases.
